The culture is one driven by high expectations, which positively challenges the teams to work hard and strive to excel in the work they do, and the solutions they create. The teams are all very close and the average employee here is overall a positive influence and highly skilled in their craft.

There are times that the turn around time is very short and can cause some stress, however, this is what makes the job fun and keeps you guess on what's coming next.
