Cons
Poor working conditions (frequent harassment), no care of people. You can be kicked out whatever your amount of work, professionalism and quality. Poor quality of finance managers, you are often judged by people with limited if not very poor understanding of business. What matters is to apply well process and procedures, that is all. No need to be creative, bring new ideas, it will only get you into troubles.
