      variety of projects to work on.

      Cons

      I have worked with many teams most of them were good except "Bootloader team" in POWER Department the team is not organized at all. There is no work life balance. Members of the team are working for 12 hours and more. The manager gives us the task with missing information and the deadline date isn't changed after modifying the task. The deadline for the tasks is incorrect he always put stress on us.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and gain hands-on automotive experience. People are generally friendly and easy to get along with, and you’ll be exposed to a lot of technologies and real-world problem solving very quickly.

      Cons

      Upper management is disorganized and heavily political. Decision making is often chaotic, priorities constantly change, and there is very little work-life balance. Long hours and high stress can burn people out quickly.
