Pros

Some of the other line workers

Cons

Management, HR, work/home life balance, time off, training consists of reading hundreds of pages of SOP's on how to use machines you have never even seen before. Then they have you sign off that youre trained on that machine or line with no actual training. You have to argue for 20 min with maintenanceto get them to lift a finger. Raises are an absolute joke. They keep the worst employees for a very long time in hopes that they quit so they won't have to pay unemployment. They also burn out their good employees to cover for the ones they won't fire. Management will blatantly lie to your face, get ALL promises in writing and signed by managment and their boss. They are absolute liars. Just like Unither says during training, "if it isn't written down, it didnt happen."

Cons

Evolving cultures take time to form and require folks willing require new folks to invest the effort as well.
