      Pros

      Work Life balance is good. Salary is decent. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      No clear vision for both employee growth and as well as company growth. Management team (KMG) in USA are capable. But, this is not true for the Management team (KMG) at India. Here, growth means only promotion. And those who are in very good terms with the KMG get it.

      Cons

      If you do not have great availability, then this career will not suit you. You will rotating weekends off, but your schedule will based off business needs.
