      Loads of work life balance....right team you can learn lot on the retail domain....

      too many changes in the senior management and no concrete direction of where the things are heading and this has been for more than a year....

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
