      Lots of great people to work with. Professional, yet kind management. Lots of opportunities to work. Great compensation for working over-time.

      Cons

      Customers can be very demanding. Lots of hard work and not very high pay. Takes a very long time to get promoted.

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
