      Had good flexibility with allows shift swaps Was a super good job for high schoolers looking to gain customer service experience. Had good employee discount.

      Cons

      Had a few managers that were too strict (not all managers were) for a part time grocery store job

      -Pay Range $90-$120K -Schedule= every other weekend off

      Cons

      -Don't have Career development program to teach & allow employees to promote within the company. -Company waste costing $= Signage, resetting constantly VMGs/Planograms & Leadership ownership of areas/work unbalanced
