Pros

Salary on time but always need to dispute due to a lot of mistakes by HR, make sure to make friends to maintain our motivation to work here.

Cons

If you are a local malaysian, dont expect much of carrier growth as all th managers is from philipines. The highest rank a local can be is Team Leader and trust me its not easy to achieve that rank unless you are a filipino. 2 of my filipino batch mate got promoted after 2 weeks training. Got to know one of them is the sister of the Operations Manager. Even, I have proof of screenshot where one of my local friends would like to go to toilet and the SME which is also a filipino did not allow them to go and ask to go on available aux to take more cases. I was also promised a 13 month bonus during interview and now after more than 1 year working here, they said that they only give those bonus to those who have higher rank like TL,SME and above. We who have been dealing with all the stressful customers gets nothing. You feel like working in a different country as 90% of the higher ranks is foreigners and 90% of the agents is locals.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
