Pros

The only good thing is the canteen look nice modern and you got hot food when needed.

Cons

Worst company to work for, after reading these review from other people i would say the exactly same thing. The whole equal opportunities has gone out the window even thought your just passing by people be nice to you face but you can hear them muttering profanities, insulting and discriminating comments to large over weight people, the disabled as I'm one my self was to happy when i head something, and racist abuse from foreigners. The training is a disgrace has nothing to do with the campaign your working on, its like sugar coating poop just so you go in thinking its a good job to find out you been put in the deep end of the poop they coated with flakes. There strike system is disgusting also just like amazon also has something similar these guys strike you or put bad point's from customers not completing or giving a good review on there surveys majorly of customer don't want spam rubbish and just skip it anyway so you end up with bad points. If you got a disability, over weight issue or something that give them bullies ammo just don't bother applying or turning up this job waste of time and space.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
