Pros

none to be really honest

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined [Company Name], but my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The company culture is marred by several serious issues: Toxic Internal Politics: The work environment is riddled with internal politics, where promotions and opportunities are determined by favoritism rather than merit. Your efforts and contributions will not be recognized unless you are in the good graces of the managers. This creates an unhealthy atmosphere where only those with backdoor connections are given a chance to advance. Neglected HR Escalations: When issues are raised with HR, they are often ignored or inadequately addressed. Critical escalations about workplace grievances and concerns are left unresolved, leaving employees feeling unsupported and undervalued. Ego Clashes and Dictatorial Management: Management is plagued by ego clashes and a dictatorial approach. Leaders impose their will without considering team input or feedback, creating a hostile environment where innovation and constructive criticism are stifled. Stifled Growth Opportunities: If you're not closely aligned with the managers, you’ll find it nearly impossible to advance. All growth opportunities and career advancements seem to go to those who are favored by management, leaving others with little to no chance for professional development. Prevalence of Backdoor Connections: There is a noticeable prevalence of employees who advance due to backdoor connections rather than performance or qualifications. This further entrenches the culture of favoritism and undermines genuine talent and hard work. Overall, the combination of toxic politics, ineffective HR support, autocratic management, and a lack of growth opportunities makes for a demoralizing and frustrating work environment. I would strongly caution anyone considering employment here to thoroughly evaluate these issues before making a decision.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
