Pros

Ability to progress. Other opportunities to take on extra work outside of day to day job

Cons

The micro management makes the job unbearable and often the metrics at which you are measure conflict with each other. Little to no communication or support from upper management. I have often had to go through a HR or a retention line to make my feelings heard. They expect you to be a robot and take call after call. This is the nature of the job but its made worse due to unpaid leave being offered all the time so its never quiet and always a busy day for those who cant afford UPL. Then personal time is very very minimal. You are often made to explain why you needed a 5 minute break. I believe they allow you 9-12 minutes a day which is 1-2 min an hour outside of lunch and schedule breaks. While stuck before a computer screen and especially in summer on hot days this is unrealistic and unhealthy

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
