The micro management makes the job unbearable and often the metrics at which you are measure conflict with each other.

They expect you to be a robot and take call after call. This is the nature of the job but its made worse due to unpaid leave being offered all the time so its never quiet and always a busy day for those who cant afford UPL. Then personal time is very very minimal. You are often made to explain why you needed a 5 minute break. I believe they allow you 9-12 minutes a day which is 1-2 min an hour outside of lunch and schedule breaks. While stuck before a computer screen and especially in summer on hot days this is unrealistic and unhealthy
