Pros
-Working from home option - easy interview
Cons
-poor management.. To the point that you start growing resentful at the lack of support and understanding. Too many supervisors yet nobody will step up to help.. Have to chase them for hours before they decide to respond - the company keeps their clients at a higher regard than their employees.. Client waa asking for ridiculous things and they were dorcing us to do all that and more for minimum wage. - long working hours, short breaks they even count how long you go to the toilet for... More than 7 minutes even once a day for toilet break and they actually flag your account and write a message saying too long a toilet break on a staff forum for everyone to see - no perks that actually stand out.. All i can actually remember getting was a £10 Just Eat voucher as a one off - can't book holidays properly - if god forbid you ever have depression or anxiety or any other health issues then forget about getting any support or understanding from your team leader. Mine actually told me to leave the job . That in itself says a lot about the company. -finally their equipment is such a poor quality, old and outdated. Once I left they tried to get the equiment back and that was a hassle too. Don't work here unless you are absolutely desperate for work and even then u probably wouldn't want to continue more that 6 months.. I started when i was furloughed at my other job and quit as soon as i could. Oh and no options for career development /progression.. They advertise for a couple of roles around 1000 internal applications its just crazy.. They don't give feedback or an explanation how they chose the candidates.. Its done all through connections
