Pros
- They hire easily even without previous experience (because the turnover is insane). - Relocation package. - Payments on time. - Some colleagues and supervisors can make your day. - Skilled supervisors.
Cons
- Salary is way too low (although enough to go by in cities like Athens) for the stress and the quality of service you are asked, especially in the Apple department. - Unrealistic KPI’s and expectations (especially in the Apple department). - True orwellian atmosphere: you are constantly monitored and feedbacked with the most unnecessary remarks over the smallest thing. Supervisors have screens with your software line real-time status (break/on calls/waiting for calls) and online stats. - Only 45 mins of daily break IN TOTAL. Did you go to the bathroom? Take those 10 minutes away from your break time. - You are required to use your badge to enter in basically every section of the buildings. - Not asking to go to the bathroom is frowned upon. - Shifts are only provided on a week by week basis, even if they have the whole month planned ahead, making any time management impossible. Even meeting peers on your free time is impossible due to the scheduling. - Work/life balance… what’s that?
