Pros
It is a very international company and it is great to help clients to expand around the world as we have actual offices in all these countries. Global Reach and local knowledge is really what TMF is standing for! Very large offering in services. Lots of opportunities.
Cons
Certain of our processes are very administrative and could be improved. There is sometimes too much focus on that. There is a lot of Learning by doing and that can be challenging sometimes! You need to be pro active and like multi tasking.
