Pros
Great people, emphasis on working hard but also having fun and building a strong team environment. Very high standard and quality of work - you will learn a lot and be pushed.
Cons
Idiosyncratic partners, not much people empathy, lack of scale in the Australian market means tend to work for long periods on single clients in random industries e.g. education / defence. If you don't have a 'go to' partner after 2 years you might as well move on.
