      Pros

      The management team, including Sr. Leadership take a geniune interest in my career growth and development. I have great friendships with my co-workers and they are very supportive. Although I travel alot, the flexibility I have in my role when I'm home is invaluable. I would be hard pressed to find another organization where I can attend 100% of my children's school functions when I am at home.

      Cons

      I do have to travel a lot; when I'm home, I have the flexibility to meet the needs of my family by attending school events, working from home, working hours that fit around my family's needs

      - Competitive or challenging to transfer or move up to another career in the company - very strict attendance policies - The company has been downsizing and laying off - Many changes in the last two years with staffing, system changes - Lack of transparency
