      Great company in terms of growth, steady stream of interesting work, opportunities to contribute, freedom to follow passion and leadership support during COVID pandemic. Product is incredible and most customers love it.

      Cons

      No formal career competency model, or growth plan on the professional services team. Which is shocking for a company of this size.

      Pros

      Coworkers are smart, kind, and supportive. Good product. Interesting problems to solve.

      Cons

      Culture has lost its way a bit under Salesforce. Tight budget, hiring freezes, and tight ACV goals and deadlines have changed priorities across the company for the worse. Stock isn't doing well.
