      Pros

      This is my 5th month at this Company. Simplus manages to bring in fantastic energy to the workplace and the team. They highly value their work culture and stewardship. You will be able to tell that they care for their people. Employees collaborate fast and are quick to answer or help each other out in different situations.

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Cons

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
