      Bodine continues to be a great place to work in spite of the Philips/Signify effects.

      Cons

      Bodine was a great place to work when Philips/Signify did not integrate the business into all of its red tape and silo mentality.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
