      Pros

      Good training ground. They were willing to fly you to their HQ to train you because they value consistency in messaging. Not many Companies are willing to invest that in their employees

      Cons

      Their were a bit racist and they didn't trust the locals. They milked the resources from your Country and still put the whites to lead the locals
