      The company is great and probably much better in pay and working conditions than peers in the region.

      However they still have a ways to go, and the industry in general, in truly treating women and people of colour with equity.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
