Shell is Shell. All said. Its a huge worldwide leader in its business has plenty of resources and knowledge to share.
Cons
Shell Retail in Ukraine is a JV. Minority part owned by Rosneft scums and Shell was intending to divest for years. This information is public and available through media. Internal culture suffered strongly due to this fact. Rosneft is under sanctions, it is all very bad and sad. Severe cost cutting and savings were done as the result.
