      Pros

      Reasonable if not great compensation. Decent vacations, great cafeteria.

      Cons

      Limited career path, too many jobs for the boys (who are less qualified and experienced than others). Women are in a minority when it comes to management and Shell did nothing to encourage some talented women to stay during the recent round of redundancies. HR are less than useless.

      Pros

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.

      Cons

      There are lots of meetings.
