Pros

There is a multikafeteria program in which you can save every month for vouchers and you get money for relocation from a foreign country

Cons

When I mentioned I wanted to go to HR to report misconduct of a manager I got threatened that if I would go to HR to report misconduct I would get a problem. Management did everything to keep the stuff under the carpet and didn't want to remove the manager or move me to a safe environment as I was being bullied by the management They are very non-transparant as they didn't want to solve the issue or say what they did as the behavior of the manager continued Management is very conservative and threats you like a little kid and acts like you are dumb The management is very junior and doesn't have any knowledge and some have very limited knowledge about the process they are managing Management feels like they are above the people and in Shell the person with the highest job level is always right Management is not performing the work and nobody cares about this Quote from the ethical department: We need to look between the balance between the business and the safe work environment when I reported misconduct. HR never contacted me anymore as I said I felt very unsafe to report harassment when I filled in the exit survey Promotions are blocked and there is a lot of nepotism
