      Shell is a huge organization with diverse opportunities throughout the world in almost every field. Very respectful workplace. Above average social benefits.

      Cons

      Shell has its own way of doing things and it is not easy to change it. Financial benefits in Istanbul are not competitive with its rivals or other major industries.
