They promise giving people full contracts, and this never materialises. I know many competent operators who worked there a year or so, were promised full time contracts, and shell kept stalling. Very poor for such a large company to not be honest with new staff members. Further, they now have an entire dept for automation, looking at automating these roles and many others within trading.
