Pros
Good Brand but no one care about the brand until and unless your job is secured. Can only make employees happy with good salary packages Big Cafeteria but food is not good.

Rude Management Very Project Centric...Once Project gets over then you will be fired easily In India Shell India Markets Pvt. Ltd. is the worst place to work for.. In India they are treating humans as dogs. Very tight project deadlines Company doesn't have a proper future these days. It can fire anyone if you are vintage employee or whatever you are...Company has got a very bad firing policy. Trust me if you want to play with your career then only join Shell.
