Pros
- Culture is 100/100 - Great work life balance - Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days wfh) - Lots of fun activities whenever in office (wellness day, talks, forums, etc) - People are superrr nice and great to work with - Lots of support and assistance available - Salary + bonus is great
Cons
Nothing really besides reorganisations every 3 to 4 years once so role might change, structure too might change, job security may be threatened if you do not perform well
