Pros

Trainings, gratis, colleagues and good exposure to brands

Cons

Horrible management that creates a work environment that is only focused on sales and not career growth. The people I worked with were great in the beginning but once they left the company, it turned for the worst. The management now micro manages every single thing you do now. To how many toilet breaks, etc. Even though you are tired and would want to drink water in the pantry, they will check the cctv or check why you are in the pantry. They don't care about your overall well-being at all. There is no work life balance and all of my colleagues that I worked with have already left

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
