      you have alot of fun with events and the time goes by fast .i also loved the people i worked with.

      Cons

      hours are very long.hard to get time off . the raises are very little .company first workers second.you devote alot of time. very hard on yor body !

      - unstable hours / unstable income - part-time employee classification has a wide weekly hourly gap (e.g., 15-29 weekly hours) and the availability expectation is that of a full-time (e.g., required to be open 4-5 a week, open to close) - minimal career growth if wanting to become full-time within the same store
