Pros

Great people, great values, great products and training. LOTS of free products for employees. Like thousands of dollars worth of free products per employee. After one year, you pretty much never need to buy makeup/skincare again :)

Cons

It is retail, so you have to deal with the terrible customers... Not all the customers are terrible, but you get one about once a week and they just suck. Customers are the worst part about retail. Also, the training is spread out soooo much that you begin to forget things are you learn about new products. The training could be better if they wanted it to be.

Pros

I've worked at two different locations in different cities. Both locations have WONDERFUL management, they are always super understanding. They lead with integrity and passion for beauty. Gratis is always a plus! But being apart of a team that has your back and truly wants to see you thrive makes all the difference!

Cons

I really don't have any cons for Sephora. They have poured into me the same way I've poured into the clients that come into the store. My only wish would be that Flex employees also receive gratis because they too need training products in order to recommend brands to clients.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Cons

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
