Pros

- You get gratis. Actually you USED to get gratis but now there's some scraps here and there. - I happen to like my team. The ones I engage with on the daily - Strong brand presence (for now) - The bonuses are nice

Cons

- BASE PAY IS TERRIBLE. So even though your bonus is nice, you're still undervalued compared to others in the Bay Area - Execs feign concern for your well being and happiness but they keep making terrible decisions (putting people in charge who should not be in charge, others don't bother showing up to meetings or keeps rescheduling/canceling) - Crappy stab you in the front culture: People try to steal projects from under you to get the glory; others are pulled in as "support" but leave you out of the loops on purpose; this is a Game of Thrones culture and it'd be apt to AVOID IT - Get ready for a mass exodus. Departments are bleeding as folks are leaving (more than usual during this time frame) - execs keep saying it's "normal post bonus attrition" so they don't have to deal with the real issues - POLITICAL. Extremely political. But we're talking multi-layer, multi-level political wars happening at the same time and sometimes even in the same meeting. How terrible.

Pros

+ monthly training gratis + brand and product training + exposure to working with luxury brands + technology device supplements role

Cons

- unstable hours / unstable income - part-time employee classification has a wide weekly hourly gap (e.g., 15-29 weekly hours) and the availability expectation is that of a full-time (e.g., required to be open 4-5 a week, open to close) - minimal career growth if wanting to become full-time within the same store
