      Pros

      You receive a lot of free make-up and gain experience in the cosmetic industry. Gain significant product knowledge. Training sessions are useful.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. They try to convince you upon hire that it is easy but it is not. They will do anything to prevent you from quitting solely because they do not want a high turn over rate.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
