      Gratis, education of products, fun work enviroment, good bonus every month if your store makes goal, company matches 401k up to 4%

      Cons

      If you are not intrested in management there in little room to grow, the raises are a joke, there are many titles that you can get but management is the only one where you get a pay raise. The costumes ( uniforms) need a serious upgrade.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
