      Pros

      Great benefits, vacation, sick, and personal time offered. Also, great people and environment to work in with lots of opportunity to learn new and different things.

      Cons

      In the current economy, moving up within the company can be difficult. However, I imagine new job opportunities with open up in the future.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
