      Pros

      The benefits are outstanding, the vacation time is great and the flex time works for family work life balance.

      Cons

      Constant procedure changes that are hard to keep up with because of poor verbal communication. The expectation is to read piles of emails with all the documents in detail format that no one has time to read.

      Lots of growth opportunities, fabulous team, my mgr was great

      Shockingly disorganized (3 rounds of leadership restructuring in 8 months, lack of centralized training resources), bro culture that both tolerates gender based harassment and favoritism that is at time gender based.
