      Great people work there and most want to continue and make it a success.

      Cons

      The President at Peterborough has no reality on what the people actually want to hear and she has lost all trust and respect from people - but has no idea of that! Why is she still in that position?

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
