      The organization works lika a Swiss clock but a bit slow. The company is like a huge ship on the sea and it takes time to manage the directions of the ship.

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
