      1. Work Life Balance -- Depends on project but in general better than other companies.

      Cons

      1. Juniors are suppressed by Seniors. 2. Pune office is basically treated as cheap resource. 3. Testing teams having many seniors who acts like they have too much knowledge but in general they are doing nothing. 4. Politics and favoritism.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
