      decent pay and benefits. 13th month bonus. most teams work on flexible schedule

      Cons

      Agile management is just an excuse to justify lay-off. Not everyone works on the equal level as it claims to be. Most staff are overworked. No work-life-balance policy. Internal politics can cause a local team to stagnate or go "nowhere"

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
