      In looking for a new job I was fortunately shortlisted for three roles, one of which was a Roche in Burgess Hill. The biggest regret of my career was taking the role at this place - I have treated terribly. Lies upon lies have been told and no one has attempted to verify the truth. I have seen other reviews of this office and I can absolutely vouch they are real. How I wish I was aware of these reviews before, and wish I took another opportunity I was offered :(

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
