      Pros

      Good culture, good compensation. Very understanding to families with children. Willing to invest in training. Has enough resources to invest in new technology and developments

      Cons

      Continuous transformation that is disruptive. Not good for people looking at career growth and development. It's a company that a lot of people come to retire, or raise young children (leave when the child-caring demands are not critical anymore)

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
