      Pros

      Nice campus with great food options, and the salary is good

      Cons

      Most people do not seem very motivated and are mainly here for the salary. Not a great place if you are an achiever and want to move fast and bring projects to the finish line. You can get stuck with too many middlemen in Legal, Compliance, SHE, Safety, etc, policing everything and creating roadblocks for every step

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
