      I have just recently relocated to NYC to re-join RA after working in Atlanta for years. I am thrilled to be back with the leadership team that have grown upwards through the years and continued to keep a respectable culture of connected professionals as they expand exponentially. Great place to work.

      Nothing negative comes to mind. Opportunities and training available for all.

      Pros

      Love the management team, chefs, and coworkers, cant speak highly enough of them. I have a great work life balance and feel like the kitchen is stocked well.

      Cons

      The space i work in was badly designed and installed. About a third of the equipment doesn't work, stopped working, never worked which is unacceptable for a new place. Also the very limited fridge and freezer space in comparison to the amount of food produced per day is laughable, if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.
