      Steady work, ability to learn and to make some very good tip money. Company owns many restaurants.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Some managers do not have very good management skills but on par with other places it is typical.

      Pros

      Love the management team, chefs, and coworkers, cant speak highly enough of them. I have a great work life balance and feel like the kitchen is stocked well.

      Cons

      The space i work in was badly designed and installed. About a third of the equipment doesn't work, stopped working, never worked which is unacceptable for a new place. Also the very limited fridge and freezer space in comparison to the amount of food produced per day is laughable, if it wasn't so frustrating to deal with on a daily basis.
