Pros
You can work as much as you like because there is someone always calling in. You get to eat for free and more than the allotted personal pan because there is always a "mistake" pizza being made.
Cons
The restaurant general manager normally does not communicate with the employees very well. The jobs are real tiresome because you are always on your feet and raises only happen once or twice a year but only 10 to 20 cents an hour if your lucky.
