Pros
Very flexible schedule. Ability to change schedule or "trade" shifts with other employees without any issues. Good pay considering the ease of work.
Cons
There must be a dozen managers in the store with the title but no real authority. This creates issues with opposing views on what the priorities are. Some people with titles are career employees that have no management experience and will never make it in a real business envirionment. A skeleton crew is used to do a lot more work than is possible. Delivery drivers are constantly behind and the result is unset customers. It seems that we reduce our customers by bad service to match the few employees we have working at the time instead of increasing the hours and keeping the customers happy.
