Pros

Very friendly coworkers who immediately make you feel welcomed.

Cons

-In order to become full-time it is "Highly-recommended" to take landmark (which you have to pay for) -They require you to read the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People which is a bizarre requirement for consideration -They underpay compared to industry standards -Leadership seems disorganized at time and their is no urgency in developing skills -Most people start as "Temps" so they receive no benefits or accrue vacation time. Only if upper management believes you can pass the interview process will you go on the path to become permanent. Oh yeah, you have to pass an interview with the CEO, and if HR or your bosses don't think you will pass because your not a cultural fit they won't put you through the process and will most likely end your term there.
