- All pros had turn to cons by management! NO JOKE!
Cons
- Worst management I ever worked. - When there is issue, management find fault and blaming first instead of focusing resolution; very immature! - Many unreasonable dismisses, causing overall turnover easily 30%. Guess they are cutting cost by getting cheaper labour; peanut get monkey; short sighted leader! - Empty promises to whole team by engaging team member one by one, and thought people never check with each others. Many laugh at them from their back. - Treating staff like slave, getting insult is norm.
